I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TikTok (Seattle, WA)
Interview
I interviewed with a recruiter and then two people in category management. All three interviews were 30 minutes. Overall the interviews weren't hard and they didn't ask questions to try and trick me. It was basic questions and great interviews!
The frustration came in when the job in their career page said "referred to another role", then I got declined. They have continually reposted the job on LinkedIn since I interviewed. It becomes a red flag when a company has to repost a job that many times. Is it really no one is qualified or is the hiring manager an issue?
I applied and got a phone interview within 4 days. Still waiting on results from Interview for position. Phone interview last 15-30 minutes. Asked questions related to the job, experience in client relations and growth.

Interview
Interview process was interesting as the team followed up to speak with me, indicated I would be speaking with the hiring manager during my screening interview and then ghosted shortly thereafter.
I only went up to a recruiter call but they told me there will be 3 rounds of interviews (One with hiring manager, another with head of department, and the last one with other teams)
