Applying for Singapore position standpoint. Failed the last HR round after 4 technical interviews. Wrt HR round, I was given standard behavioral questions, but suspected that I did not align with 996 culture (unable to comment further as HR did not want to disclose any feedback even after spending more than 1 month on the interviews which I now feel was a waste of my time). Would like to comment that there were interviews past working hours hence my answer to work-life balance during the interview. Especially last few rounds, be prepared to SPEAK and present your Algos and past projects in Chinese as the interviewers are not adaptable and open to listening to English.
