3 STEP INTERVIEW: The recruiter was straight to the point, describing the job. The manager I then interviewed with was detailed in what their role was and the expectation of my role. The last call was with the vp of the team and seemed more of a personality test.
Hr called me, asked me a few questions, intro, why you leave your current company, are you actively looking for new opportunities etc. The interview progress is smooth, and pass me to hiring manager round very smoothly.
5 stages, very long process but they do it quickly if they want you. good compensation, very good benifits. the interviews are also not horrid, they ask reasonable questions. oh my god why does it need to be so long
