It's fairly long, took almost 4 months. There's several rounds including cross-functional team, hiring manager and peer. There's a presentation to the panel on a business problem. It's a long process and it made me think the team was not sure what they wanted from this presentation.

All was well, just that there isn't any follow up after. It would be nice if a rejection email was sent out. The hiring manager was cordial, but didn't reveal much about the job scope.
