The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, starting with an online assessment focused on analytical and logical reasoning skills. This was followed by a technical interview where I was tested on my understanding of quality assurance concepts, test case design, and bug reporting. The first round was an HR interview discussing my experience, motivation to join TikTok, and cultural fit. Each round was detailed and required strong problem-solving skills.

The recruiter initially reached out but then completely ghosted me. It’s been really hard to even land an interview with them, despite being a former employee. Honestly, I’m not sure what my ex manager might’ve written in the system..maybe flagged me or something like that. From what I can tell, they seem way more interested in referrals. If you don’t have one, it’s just really tough to get through the door. Kindly review your hiring system again
