It was a generic on-site interview process. Back to back interviews. I felt that the engineers think too highly of themselves. Questions looked like they were framed just a few minutes ago. Most interviewers were busy on their laptops and didn't seem keen. They have a specific answer they're looking for and not too keen to understand what I was suggesting. They had already had a judgement in their minds, which changed when I finished answers quickly for those who could actually follow. Arrogant. One spent time critiquing my resume and what I should and should not write in a very rude way. My mind was already made up, interesting they could not beat the lowest offer I had, from a startup much smaller.
I would sincerely recommend you guys train your engineers for interviews.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tile (San Mateo, CA) in May 2016
Interview
I was invited to have a phone interview with them. Phone interview was scheduled as soon as I gave them my availabity. The interview lasted an hour. Went over every projects in my resume. Then asked me to write two algorithms (linked list). I solved the problems but was rejected two days after the interview.
