I applied online, printed what I filled out and brought it into the store. I let the manager know and a few days later they emailed me a time to come in to interview. It was a group interview, 6 girls in the back with the Store Manager. It was maybe an hour? little less. They emailed me two days later saying they wanted to hire me.
Short interview going over common behavioral questions, and then they asked me to approach a customer in store as if I was an employee and offer to help that customer

It was a short and simple 20-minute group interview with just a few of us. The questions were pretty straightforward and mainly focused on how we communicate and handle sales situations.

30 min interview process with other candidates, dress casual and come with a smile. Overall a pretty simple and standard interview process, YouTube videos are very helpful for this position
