Interview
It’s a group interview with about 3-4 other people. They ask you questions about yourself, what costumer service looks like to you, and what you can bring to the company.

What is the difference between service and sales to you?
Very casual they make you do some sort of activity. It is a group interview in overall not so serious. One of my best interviews I’ve had. Don’t stress over it.

Applied online and got a call 3 days later then a group interview the next day. Pretty basic stuff it was pretty much just getting to know each other as people. All of us got hired on the spot and was told the hiring process would start the following weekend.
