Interview
If they like you, they will hire you on the spot after a simple interview involving parading around in the uniform in front of everyone and perhaps a few role-playing questions. If they don't, they will send you away with promises to contact you, but you won't hear anything. I was highly qualified for the position with many years experience, but I was actually told I was over-qualified and that the company preferred to hire "21 year old with little to no experience." In the same sentence the manager admitted that this didn't work out well, as these girls end up needing a lot of training and this leads to high turn-over. So there seems to be a lot of cognitive dissonance going on with this company. I looked great in the uniform, but admittedly, my breasts weren't spilling out and I don't have a fake tan. Pretty disappointed to find out that the company hires literally for looks and not qualifications/personality and yet not surprised, considering their reputation for poor customer service at most locations.

Interview
Fast hiring process
I came in, got dressed in the company uniform (t-shirt / kilt), and was briefly interviewed for about 15 minutes. I was asked questions mainly pertaining to my comfort level and how outgoing/ personable I am. I was also asked about how much experience I had as a bartender and whether I felt as though I'd do well learning the menu and drink menu quickly.

I applied online and then was called to set up an interview. They asked me my experience a couple questions and had me try on the uniform. The manager was nice and polite and had me see if the uniform fit me and how much restaurant experience I had. It was a pretty relaxed interview.
