Was a phone interview, super quick and easy. Just a few simple questions, nothing you need to study or prepare for. They also explained the living situation to make sure I was comfortable living on campus.
Really smooth procedure, flexible on timings and no-pressure. Definitely one of the easiest interviews I've had, and everything discussed felt relevant to the eventual role. If I were to make one suggestion, it'd be to address earlier the differences between British and American culture that may come as a shock later in the experience.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Timber Lake Camp
Interview
Asked the typical cheesy interview questions. They cared a lot about what age group you would match best with, I ended up with younger kids. Wasn't very long or challenging. They cared a lot about your personality.
