Timberlake Cabinetry interview questions

Virtual interview with 1st person to review position and experience. Lack of general politeness or pleasantries. Candid with concerns in a less professional manner. I was told Overtime is required after training, it's not mandatory because everyone volunteers. 4-6 mos of zoom training for an entry level position. 2nd interview to discuss company. More professional but overbearing. Overall this position seems to require a lot of flexibility from the hires however didn't offer much flexibility to the hire.
