Called within 2 days of resume submission. Time set up for initial phone interview with one owner. Just went like a friendly discussion where I was asked to tell about myself and my career road up until this point. After that I was asked to come into the office to meet with the other owners. Went in and met with 3 owners. Nice tour given of showroom area. Very friendly, very straightforward and no "tricky" questions. 2 of the 3 owners were friendlier than the 3rd one. Interview lasted 1 1/2 hours from beginning to end. No courtesy call after to inform position had been filled.
