Interview
Took forever to get an interview, felt like they didn't even know what to ask, they just need more employee's, so they'll take anyone. It was in a tiny cramped office, pretty sure it's actually a closet.
It is a two-step interview process. I was interviewed by one person first and then in the second interview I believe it was the director. Both interviewers were very descriptive about the expectations for the role I applied for and asked fair questions. In the first interview I was given scenarios that could happen while on the job, which I thought was useful because it gives you insight on what your job may entail. In the second interview the director went into more detail about what the job entailed and I was pretty much made aware that I had the job and to just wait on HR to reach out. I was advised that HR could sometimes take a couple of weeks to reach out, however they called me the next day with an offer. I really enjoyed speaking with everyone and the interview process was quite welcoming.

Interview
They called me right after I applied for the position. They set up an interview pretty quickly. Once I got there, I had to wait about 20 minutes for my interviewer. She took me to her office and explained what the job would be like, what my responsibilities would be, and what the day to day is like. Then she asked me one question: why do you want to work at TK? And that was the end of the interview. I was hired a week later.
