It was a group interview, with maybe 15 applicants - a crazy number of people to try and talk to simultaneously. That alone should tell you how they manage their workforce. The questions were dull and uninspired, and there wasn't any time for anyone to answer fully, given the huge volume of people we had to get through. Ultimately, I was hired because of my typing speed. I wish I had been wiser about accepting this offer.
