Received call via recruiter and then after successful screening HR called to get some facts and asked many questions which were not even should be asked by HR. HR was impressed by profile and showed the same but later upon checking said your experience is less hence not going forward. didn't you checked the no of years experience before calling ? what did you guys do in screening?
