You came in and asked for the manager. The manager then came out and asked you how your day was going so far. The interview was easy and laid back. The wait staff was nice.

Called about my application and the manager scheduled an interview for the next day. First interview was basic questions. Was scheduled a second interview a few days later. Upon arrival waited for 45 mins for the general manager. Asked about the same questions as the first. Had an interview with 3 different managers in total.
