The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tinder (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2022
Interview
The first round was a Codesignal test of above average difficulty. It had 4 questions. Once I cleared that, I got a call from the recruiter regarding next steps.
The second round was an interview with the team I would be working for. The employer was friendly, explained her work well and listened attentively when I explained mine. I was asked about my previous experience in detail along with a few other technical questions, but there was no coding in the interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Tinder in Sept 2025
