Interview process involved a telephonic round and 4- 45 min rounds onsite. I interviewed for a front end developer role and the questions were targeted towards front end technologies, white board coding on a JavaScript program, questions around core concepts. Interview was smooth and the experience was great.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Tintri (Mountain View, CA) in Sept 2016
Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter and was interested after hearing the description of the company and the culture. Shortly after that I was given a take home exercise which I completed and returned a few days later. A few days after that we scheduled an onsite interview. The onsite interview was at Tintri's headquarters in Mountain View, Ca. It lasted ~4 hours and I talked with the hiring manager and two developers from the team. They asked very good questions while at the same time made me feel very comfortable. I got the sense that my interviewers were highly intelligent yet humble people. Overall it was one of the best interview experiences I've had and I eventually accepted an offer and have been very happy at Tintri to this day.
