I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Tinuiti (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview process was appropriately thorough to align with the standards that the company has set. The interviewers were very knowledgeable and were equally considered about the knowledge and the personality of the interviewee. Overall a great experience, regardless of whether or not you get the job, you will definitely be prepped for your next one.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tinuiti (New York, NY) in June 2012
Interview
After finding the company on the Inc 5000 list, I submitted my resume/ cover letter to the emails found on the company home page. I sent it to three different offices (NYC, Philly, ATL), and received three responses.
I had an informal phone interview, followed by an in-office interview. My interviewer was very nice, and the process was conducted much more like a conversation than an interrogation that most interviewees experience at one time or another.
I heard that I got the internship within 2 days.
