Great interview! A warm group of personable people. Loved the panel of questions and had a blast getting to know the interviewers quickly in our conversation. My interview went well enough to skip the usually 2-3 interview process, I only had one panel and a test. After I passed the test, they gave me a chance to work start in a new industry.

First off, great people, very warm and welcoming. My situation was a bit unique so I wouldn't base future interviews off of mine. I went through 1 interview panel of 3 people and went through the process pretty fast. They enjoyed my interview and portfolio so much so that they sped up the process. I only had applicable experience but not prior work experience in this industry, so I did a test which then led to a job offer. I've heard the usual process is much more different than mine.
