The team was responsive throughout the process.
During the interview, the role was described differently from the job posting - the title mentioned was different, and some of the technical areas highlighted in the description were said to not be central to the position.
When I brought up questions related to product adoption and market fit, the conversation was not encouraged.
Overall, I found it difficult to understand what the role actually entailed or what the evaluation criteria were, which made the experience hard to navigate as a candidate.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself; How do you handle priorities that change often?
I applied online. I interviewed at Tinybird (Tías) in May 2026

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tinybird (Madrid) in Oct 2024
Interview
Really bad organized . I dont receive any feedback. They dissapear in the middle . I have more expectations about his transparency but no. Not recomended in this moment. A bit long process and no to very técnical at least in my experience
