The first three interviews were positive and well-structured.
My experience with the final interview was less positive. The interviewer joined from a conference room and was seated far from the camera, asking questions about my resume. They focused a lot on why I worked for certain companies, why I did freelance during a certain year, and nothing about the role or my experience. Then I got rejected after that interview.
Shortly after receiving the rejection, I noticed the same position was reposted with a salary range that appeared to be more than $10,000 lower than the compensation originally advertised.
