Interview
I was called on the phone and spoke briefly with a hiring manager. We made an appointment to meet in person and discuss the process. The manager was very upfront and honest about the growth and opportunities available to me with them. We agreed to talk the following week, and see how we could start the process of getting started. It was a very comfortable interview process.

Interview
Stay away from this place! I am way over qualified to be a store manager but the idiot on the phone told me she would start me out as a sales rep where I have to get my hands dirty. Nowhere in the job description does it say you have to have previous automotive experience!
Thank you for leaving a review. Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring customer vehicles are safe is our top priority. Everything we do is designed to ensure we’re providing safe and reliable service. Our General Managers lead a team of automotive professionals and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, so automotive experience is desired but not required. Most of our managers begin their careers with us as Tire Technicians or Sales Associates so they can learn our business from the ground up. Teamwork and collaborating to provide exceptional customer service are core pieces of our culture. To maintain our high standards of customer service, every employee, regardless of title, is expected to jump in and help change a tire or get their hands dirty. Best of luck in your job search.

For the initial interview I got a call to meet the Regional Sales Manager at a different store. A couple of days later I met with his boss and the Regional Manager. Nothing difficult and very easy process. The only drawback was the drive getting to the different locations I had to meet people at.
