TireBuyer.com interview questions

Contacted by a recruiter for a contract-to-hire at TireBuyer (part of American Tire Distributors). He scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager within a day, and an in-person interview with 5 people happened soon afterward. I enjoyed the conversation, but they struggled to explain how the work would be split with the other PM/PO. Currently they have a single scrum team that's much larger than the recommended size, with plans to split the team up. When that occurs, it might be easier to split the PM responsibilities. They were replacing a PM they'd let go, and described the issue as needing a PM who was more interested in learning the details and technology behind their projects.

Very casual and conversational. Not a lot of "list" questions, but more of a holistic understanding of my experience and what the team envisioned moving forward for my position. Did not have a phone interview - only one in person interview.
