Really a waste of candidate's time. The JD mentions the compensation is on par with big tech and they claim that the salary is transparent there but when I asked about the compensation, the HR did not share and said the budget is not enough. Also, they will reject if you are over-qualified or if your salary expectation is above their budget.

Rude recruiter/HR experience. A last-minute call was scheduled and I answered. She asked for my next week availability and requested that I provide it as soon as possible. I shared it promptly, but there has been no follow up since, GHOSTED. The call itself also felt quite unprofessional and dismissive, many leading reply and interruptions.
