Interview
The interview process was very casual. I was emailed by the owner of the Club and we scheduled a time for the interview through that. I interviewed twice -- once with the Owner and once with the Manager. Both times I was asked similar questions, but it felt like they just really wanted to get to know me rather than grill me on tough questions. They work as a team, and they want a team player.
Simple and easy interview. Very friendly staff and managers. Asked about myself and what my goals were. Seemed genuinely interested in me and my potential fit with them. Turned out very well and I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a fun, laid back place to work.

A very in depth conversation where we covered a lot of information, I was able to ask plenty of questions and I was able to really get the opportunity to sell myself and was hired on the phone.
