The interview process was streamlined, well-structured, and enjoyable throughout. I completed two rounds of interviews, which provided an opportunity for me to share my interest in the role, discuss my background, and communicate my long-term career goals. The interviews were engaging and holistic. Following the interview process, I was fortunate to receive an offer. However, during the post-offer process, I made communication decisions that did not meet the level of professionalism expected. I did not communicate with the firm in a proper & timely manner. After taking accountability and having a direct conversation with the CEO, I was allowed to reflect, address the situation, and ultimately move forward with joining the Summer program. Overall, I had a very positive experience interacting with team members at the firm. Everyone I met was approachable and genuinely invested in interns’ development.
