The Toddle interview process involves an online assignment, technical interview rounds assessing coding and problem-solving, followed by cultural fit discussions. It emphasizes practical skills, creativity, collaboration, and alignment with Toddle’s mission-driven work culture.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Toddle in June 2024
Interview
The interview process was very smooth, they gave us an assignment based on a course-builder application with drag-and-drop functionality. They were primarily interested in how the code was written and not the functionalities.
After the assignment round, we had interviews, where first a basic UI was coded up using HTML and CSS. After that, JS output questions, then DSA questions, then 2 questions based on React.js.
The third interview was a call with the technical lead with some minor questions here and there. Overall, the experience was good.
The interview process typically consists of three rounds, which are the Introductory call, the Technical round, and the Behavioral round. The interview is relatively easy to crack with the right technical skills and presence of mind.
