It was 3 stage process. Quick multichoice questions, then One - One coding and then 1 week of paid working test with team.
I have cleared the 2nd interview test and interviewer was ok with the test. It was simple algorithmic test to call recursive calculations.
But then I got email as unsuccessful. I followed up for more details for rejection.
HR replied that more candidates available with better skills.
I realised all the tests I have done for them was waste of time. It was like real time waste when they see more skill ful candidates they should not even interview me.
