Interview
I was 16 years old at the time. I requested an application and turned it in the next day. I asked for the manager and submitted it directly to him. He asked about my availability, then hired me on the spot! All I needed to do was submit a copy of my ID and I started working that same week. There are currently two Togo's in Livermore and after a while, they had me working at both Togo's.

Interview
Phone interview then after you get called in for 1-1 interview. Basic questions, tell me about yourself, how do you handle a difficult customer, how do you handle conflict within coworkers, are you good at multitasking, etc.

Very casual. I was recommended by one of my friends. The manager asked basic questions and it was not too difficult. She was very friendly and made it easy for me.

Very unprofessional. My manager forgot about the interview and did not show up so I was interviewed by teenagers and they had no idea what to ask me. Very bad impression.
