Interview
I was referred to this job by a friend. I went in to grab the application, met the manager, and then came at a later date to return the application. When I returned the application, the manager offered me the job on the spot. She asked maybe one or two questions, and then asked me to fill out paperwork.
1 on 1 in person conversation about why you want to work there. What are your interest are, overall trying to find out if you are a good person to work with in and out of the workplace.
we emailed, then had in person interview. the questions were not too hard. great job for people in school. also a good second job. 30 words is kind of a lot.

Interview
The interview process was a week long.
I called to ask if they were hiring, and they were. So i went down there, grabbed the application. I returned in back in like 30 mins. She called me 2 days later for an interview. I did the 1st interview and then did the second one. The second one was how fast you can make a sandwich. I passed nd got called 2 days later saying im hired.
