Mock lecture, topic was half imposed. Questons about the choice I made during the lecture, somehow to test me, but not very difficult. The job is more teaching oriented so they didn't ask too much questions about the research but on education. Prior experience in teaching at Japanese universities and some ability to converse in Japanese were definitely a plus.
