The HR pretended to inform me about a new job opening. During the interview, I was interviewed by an IT Team Lead who didn’t seem very competent. He repeatedly asked how I implemented a particular project, which made me realize that he might have been trying to extract my ideas rather than genuinely evaluate me for the role.
It seems possible that he and HR were working together in this way. I hope the company’s management will take intellectual property issues seriously. Why would the company keep people like this? I would like to know.
