Interview
The interview involved experience based questions as well as two mock lessons. The mock lessons were SSAT papers that you would go through to understand a student's areas for support. There were three interviews, each of around 90 minutes, before the job offer.
Had a behavioral interview and was asked which subjects I'd be able to teach, then an interview where I was asked to solve a few questions afterwards. Very fair process
