I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tolemi (Boston, MA) in Aug 2025
Interview
It was efficient and transparent. Things moved quickly and I was updated throughout each step. The questions during the interview made sense and it felt more conversational than an interview. Although I did not receive the job, I was really excited to learn about the company and hope to be thought of for future opportunities that better align.

Question 1
What implementation experience taught you the most, and what was your biggest take away from it?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Tolemi in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process is chaotic and disorganized. They seem to be flying by the seat of their pants and making it up as they go. I don't think they have HR or recruiters because everyone I dealt with was trying to do these interviews in addition to their regular jobs. Benefits were never shared when requested, the process laid out on the first call is not the one they asked me to follow, I had multiple take homes that took hours with no compensation for time invested, and communication was sparse and disorganized. I get it's a startup and startups can be messy, but this is just flat out unprofessional. How do you expect me to accept an offer when you still haven't sent me the benefits package? Also, how are you going to offer the same salary for the same role in 2023 that you did in 2020? My friend interviewed for this role in 2020 and I did in 2023, and we got the same offers. Really? You didn't notice the 15% inflation rate in that time?
