Phone interview first with a recruiter with some basic questions. Next interview was it’s a project manager with more technical and situational questions. They asked about experience and why I thought I wanted to work in the construction industry.

The senior recruiter holds a brief phone interview and then passes your info along to the hiring manager. It has been over a month and the company portal still says I am being considered for the position.

Recommend through a current employee, Contacted by a company recruiter, formal interview on site. Recruiter did the bulk of the general questioning. Process was smooth, after the recruiters basic questioning, had a site interview with manager, back to recruiter for follow up and offer. Back to the recruiter for salary negotiations. Straight forward
