Was nice and professional. But not hearing back for weeks with no update was frustrating. Had to reach out to the recruiter for updates. There are better home builders to work for
Lengthy but professional, made sure it was a good fit for not only them but me as well. Clear processes and expectations set. I did have to stay in touch with the hiring manager for feedback and nexts steps but that ultimately is what they are looking for in a candidate.
