- First they take resume at reception and then face the totally neutral and lifeless HR.
- She'll ask about your current role, CTC, expected CTC, Family background blah blah.....
- Then meet the technical team who will tell you that this is not the DBA position but they just want you to write some query to fetch data and do copy-paste, upload/download data/file from one place to another and if you are lucky enough then you'll get some chance to do DBA stuff. Otherwise it's totally writing some simple script.
- And if you are selected by technical team then salary negotiation round.
In my opinion it's not a DBA profile but data entry job. They are looking for a person who can work in night shift(permanent i.e. no rotational shift) and they are not going to provide any night shift allowance. It has 90% query writing 10% DB backup and user setup activity nothing less nothing more.
