Sat down with the owner during a lull. Discussed availability as I was still in school, experience with people, how comfortable I am in a kitchen, learning new things, handling the lunch rush etc. Took a walk through the kitchen and was given food to test taste as I've never actually eaten at this establishment before. Very easy interview.

the process was quite fast it only took a few moments from me putting in the application to them setting me up for an interview and then a job. It feels desperate now that I look back at it.

The interview was casual and low pressure. I met with the general manager and brought a resume. It took about 15 minutes. I would say overall it was a good experience.
