Very professional, fair hours, a little behind as far as average pay scale, seems to still be ridding the low job availability in Atlantic county. The availability of new jobs in Atlantic county are slim to none. 3 highest in the country, #1 spot in the state of NJ. This puts all the power of pay scale negotiations in the companies hands. Unfortunately if you don't like what they have to offer their is the door there are 100 more people in line behind you and one of them will take the position maybe for even less then you were offered.
