They ask about previous experience/ why you want to work there/ yada yada yada. Really they're just seeing if you'd be a good fit for the kitchen based on your attitude/ demeanor.

Filled an application out on their website and received a call back two hours later. Asked me about my work experience and hired me on the spot. As long as you have open availability you're a shoe-in, experience or not.
