Interview
An authentic smooth interview process from start to finish with plenty of communication.
Video interview, TA interview, meet the team and Global People Operations Manager.
The Talent Aquisition Team Florian, Debbie and Ruby and I met were so friendly and put me at ease and offered me flexibility throughout. And I had a wonderful conversation with Kristine.
Whilst I've had to decline the offer at this stage, I really do feel this would be an amazing team to work with and wish everyone all the best.
Great company with an amazing mission.
Special thanks to Florian for the support throughout.

Interview
Response to application was very quick, but Recruiter was booked out several weeks for screens. Generally felt the experience was unprofessional, untidy, and presented the business in a poor light. Lots of typos in the communications leading up to the interview.
During the virtual screen, the Recruiter was disheveled, clearly rushed, and uninterested from the beginning. No evidence she looked at my resume or qualifications before the conversation. She started out the conversation basically saying the company was imploding and this role would have to put up with a lot of disorganization and challenges, and the salary cap for the role would not compensate for the ask. I think she spoke to me for 10 minutes before asking if I had any questions, then was visibly annoyed that I had any questions. The questions I did have didn't get real answers. Just didn't feel respectful. Feels like there is not a good business outlook here, which is unfortunate because there is a wonderful mission and vision here that just got lost in translation. The Glassdoor business reviews are a good insight into the company culture, so I recommend taking those to heart.
