It was simple enough for someone coming out of school with a Master's degree. Went into the office/manufacturing site, introduced each other about background and projects, explained my education and skillsets.

Interview
I applied online through my universitys job posting website and got n email thnking me for my interest snd if i could reply with a time for an Initial in person interview at private practice which was easy enough then thr second round was a few days later in the office and then to lunch which was more about making sure there was a good fit and within a week a formal offer was made detailing contract work and a start date was asked for.
