Tooltechnic Systems interview questions

The interviews were easy and straightforward. I felt that my interviews went very well and the language of the interviewers was very positive. I was even invited to come to an on-site interview within the coming weeks at the end of my second interview, and then I heard nothing for weeks. I attempted to follow up but heard nothing until I was able to get in contact with one of my interviewers to hear that they had elected to hire someone else. I've yet to receive any formal communication or feedback on how I could improve (I did ask in my correspondence). I said "neutral" because everyone was very polite and professional, but the communication left a lot to be desired.
