Interview
Very calm and relaxing, take you up one by one and asking genuine questions, why you think your a suitable candidate, what experience you have etc. interviews are limited timed so be sure to make a great impression, they want different, they want eager they want to be impressed but don’t over do it.
I had a good interview which was constructive and wel. Found it a little difficult but the feedback was reasonable and helpful. Was hot though and I would've liked a glass of water!
