Top Notch Consultants is based around a pyramid scheme design. They will say it's a 3 step interview process. For the first day you talk to a hiring manager for 15 minutes, with being asked very basic questions about your resume. Really vague about your position and what you will be doing if you ask. If called back, you visit another day to get interviewed by 2 more hiring managers back to back(1 hour or so), with the same simple questions. What they don't make clear until the 2nd day is that the job title means nothing, and that you are a sales rep, making 100% of your income through commission selling electronic products door to door, with a total of 61 hours a week(Mon.-Sat.). They explained a starting average pay per week is $600(don't trust that number) and that as you move up the management chain you will be progressively making more money by managing/recruiting others to sell products. Managers keeping 40% of what you sell. Again, much like a pyramid scheme. They seem like good people and it was a shame this was not an ideal opportunity for me.
