There was no interview. A bunch of us was asked to move to a classroom and that's where a person explained the sales position and the potential income. It was not an interview of one on one. It was "learn how to make money" scheme.

Group based explanations. One on one interviews. Explains the roles and asks why would you be a good fit. Very quick and simple. The interviewers talks a lot about the process of being a solar consultant and its roles and responsibilities.
