Confronted then about there negative reviews and they seemed flustered and said " that's just the CEO eh" So glad I didn't accept - you can do better guys

They want to get a feel of what type of person you are. Target driven, ambition, practical. But in the end .. They'll give you a go, if you don't succeed in like 3-4 weeks they'll find a reason to sack you.
