TopStack Resume interview questions

Recruitment process - I submitted my CV and heard absolutely nothing. I then re-submitted it with a different (WASP) name and changed the layout, but kept the information and experience as before. Lo and behold, I received a call from them. Whilst I can’t call the company racist, I can certainly state that the UK recruiters are if they aren’t even considered people from non-white backgrounds. I’d never work for a company like this.
