Interview
The interview process was a joke! It's literally three hours for you to show them how much of a goofball you really are. They make you play games and dance as well. We also got into teams to organize an event for the location. My team won but that wasn't good enough. We did a speed interview where we had to talk to different managers for 90 seconds then go into the last round of X-Factor where you have to express yourself in front of three managers. I honestly came to this interview seriously trying to get a position at Topgolf not to do the Cupid Shuffle and waste my time with nonsense. I was the only one who came prepared and also brought resumes to give to the managers. Out of all the positions that they had available for you to apply for I was told that they didn't have any positions to offer me at the time. Then they had the nerve to tell me I could come back next week for another interview. Another three hour headache? I think not! So what's going to change in exactly a week when you claim to have no positions available and I'm sure they hired people from my group of like 20+ people. I'm sure it wasn't the fact that I was in school because there are college students who work there. I did a pretty good job during the three hour interview process and I honestly think discrimination played a part in me not receiving a position at Topgolf. If you're a total goofy you definitely won't have a problem receiving a position at the Midtown location!
Played some games and did team building exercises until it was your time for a quick 1 on 1 interview. No grilling questions, just long process overall. Once you get the job, you still have to do training videos for a week, and then shadow employees for another week.

Interview
The hiring process for basically every position is a “hiring event” which was the biggest waste of 4 hours of my life. I was in a room of probably 50+ people doing the Cupid shuffle, playing jenga, and doing a bunch of ice breakers I haven’t done since middle school. They say the way you get treated in an interview process is the same way you’ll get treated after you’re hired, which explains why their turnover rate is so high. I was expecting a proper and professional work interview process and I was extremely disappointed because Topgolf is missing out on some amazing professional employees and is instead hiring whoever has the loudest mouth in the room.

Interview
It was fun and easy. It was a smooth process where they cared about personality and fun over everything else. It was very short and sweet and you find out instantly if you get the job.
